The turret was cleaned up when it was cut from the sprue and I found the plastic of this kit very prone to leave a lump or a crater if it was cut too close to the part. During the clean up the rivet detail was obliterated on the forward turret side. To replace tem I cut rivets from the bottom of the hull and fixed these to pre marked places with liquid adhesive. This is a good source of rivets and nuts/bolts heads on some kits and is worth bearing in mind if rivets are required.
The main gun barrel was cut away from the recuperater and the joint cleaned up
A piece of plastic pipe was found and drilled out to accept the metal barrel. This was then cut at an angle.
