It’s always great when you move to a new area to seek out your nearest model shop and so it was that I recently discovered Access Models – a great traditional model shop that caters for all things modelling.

Steve Clark, the MD will make you feel very welcome and you’ll probably get to meet Tony who also helps out – thanks guys for a warm and friendly welcome and I urge you all, if you are anywhere near Newark on Trent in Notts UK, just call in and have a really good look at all the modelling goodies on show and support a great local business.
I came away with the new Tamiya Valentine Mk.III British Infantry Tank and it was well worth the money looking at what’s on offer. Chris Evans is already building this one having completed his in-box review and you can see and follow the full build in SMN.
