Masking the main wheel bay and cockpit is straightforward enough.
The rear engine cowl aligns well enough, but some filler was needed around the join.
Once this is sanded down the rest of the fuselage and wings can be prepared for primer. Notice that I have left off the intake at this stage, there is a good reason for that.
I have masked off the intake mouth and nose wheel bay. The upper part of the intake cowl sides is the darker gray of the Hill scheme, as this would end up under the wing chines it will be difficult to spray later, so I am going to mask the area off and spray it before fitting.
This wraps up construction for now, time to prime and paint.
