Shadows and contrasts were applied with post-shading over the base paint coat, painted the upside balkenkreuz using the excellent TG Decals vinyl masks. Then, I applied a coat of Future, decals and highlight the panel lines with dark brown on the upper side and light brown in the underside. Then, weathering with the exhaust stains with a mix of isopropyl alcohol thinned Tamiya brown and black, some dry brush and metallic pencil chipping dulled with an acrylic wash (Vallejo’s brown and grey), and pastels applied to give the wear and used general appearance. Then, I worked, detailed and installed the landing gear, using the True Details weighted tires, and this bird started to stand on its own feet!
