Summary
With all the little odds and ends installed, I could officially call this build complete. I am happy with the results and how unique this particular Corsair looks when compared to the standard USN versions. It was an enjoyable build from start to finish, made all the more enjoyable given the outstanding engineering of the Tamiya kit and Aires resin flaps and the superb casting on the Barracuda Cast resin wheels. The only thing to do now is start on that Honduran F4U-5 build so that my Salvadoran Corsair has a dogfighting partner.
