Prop and undercarriage
Now onto the prop and undercarriage. The breakdown of the prop parts does mean that there is an awkward seam to clean up at the blade roots but with care this isn’t too much of an issue. The only thing I added to the kit undercarriage was a set of Barracuda Studio resin main wheels as I didn’t like the unweighted rubber ones in the kit. The kit does have the option for either bombs or external fuel tanks on the inner pylons. I chose the fuel tanks and quite heavily weathered these as they tended to be reused over a long period and therefore got quite badly chipped.
