The Main ‘Office’…
MRP-131 US Interior Green was applied as the base for all the interior areas after the fuselage windows were masked. Note that the cockpit windows were not added until after the painting was completed. To start the weathering process post shading was then done by adding a spot of white MRP-004 to the base colour and was lightly sprayed on a low psi in ‘patches’ around areas where the original paint surface would have experienced heavy wear. The seatbelts were hand brushed using 71.288 Portland stone and the buckles with Vallejo’s Metal 77.701 Aluminium. The radio and electrical boxes, along with the assembled instrument panel were sprayed with MRP-005 black. They were dry brushed with 71.050 light grey and then aluminium. The seat cushions were hand painted with Hataka’s HTK-A091 pale green, which was post shaded whilst it was still wet.

Excellent build and finish Richard. I have so wanted this kit in my stash and to build it. I am even more determined to add it to my collection after seeing this one.
