Chassis
What can I say, other than there are no flaws with it…?
Everything fits where it should, with no need to file or fill anything; now that can’t be bad, can it? This makes this build a great little project and ideal for anyone who wants a very straightforward bit of relaxation and enjoyment.
Wheels and Tracks
Again, cut them off the sprues and take a bit of time cleaning the tracks up, being careful not to lose the end of the track pins. I wish all tracks fitted this well; what a dream to assemble!
Hull Top
It’s at this stage that you need to sit and have a good look at what resin is going where, so you will need to look at which of the kit parts you can leave off before you have glued them on.
As I am working my way though the build, I start to dry fit some of the resin parts before adjusting them to fit. The main piece is the part on the back of the hull, it just takes a few minutes of cutting and filling to get a nice fit.
I am not going to attach them yet, but leave them off until I have finish the painting stage.

Gun
As with the rest of the kit, the gun is very straightforward but it is a little fiddly in places.
When the shields were on, I dry-fitted the resin tarpaulin only to find it doesn’t fit. It’s not even close and I am very disappointed at this as I thought this would be the piece that would finish it off nicely, so I decided to have a go at making one myself.
We are ready to start painting now and I am looking at doing the winter camouflage on her.
