The Panhard ERC-90 Lynx was a six wheel armoured reconnaissance vehicle developed in the late 70’s which was characterised by being lightweight, strong firepower, amphibious capability and high mobility. The Lynx came on the scene in 1977 and was exported to many countries including Mexico and Argentina for which the Tiger Models kit has decal options for both countries.
This vehicle has been produced in model form by TIGER models in 1:35th scale.
This is a new company to me and on inspection the parts looked to be crisp and free from flash. The instruction booklet is 20 pages long and the diagrams are clear, well printed with no overcrowding of detail to each stage.

Using the kit instructions the turret and main gun were assembled without any trouble or the need for any filler. The main gun joint line was so good that only a quick smooth over with some abrasive paper was required. Some etch was omitted, preferring to fit it later as it is fragile and with handling could have been knocked off.
