Well as you can see this is the old Tamiya Kit but it has stood the test of time well and it still looks full of detail and the sprues are very crisp and clear of any unwanted plastic. Old but nice!
Everything comes neatly packaged on one of three sprues and is provided in a nice pink colour! Mmm, lovely….!
From what I can see the only slightly negative thing that jumps out at you is the jerry cans, they are not up to the same quality as the rest of the kit. Somewhat odd this, but we’ll be able to work with them when it comes to the build that you’ll find soon in Build Now.
One thing that would help is what shade of pink is the vehicle should be painted in, even a mix would have been nice, but I am sure with a little work I can find it (I shouldn’t be so lazy).
Various machine gun weapons are included plus a neat figure that you can pose in the seated driving position and that’s always good to finish your model off.
Instructions…
The kit instructions are clear and typical of this company – well produced and easy to follow.

Editor’s note from Geoff:
That’s about it for this one – a nice clean and simple project of a British AFV, something that we are going to be focusing on here in SMN over the coming months. You can always find plenty of German armour in model mags and here in SMN too – it’s popular, but we also want to build a great selection of British, US, Chinese and Soviet as well as other armour projects from armed forces from around the globe. After all, SMN is global, so we should reflect this in our choice of subjects. Geoff C.
