A little bit of inspiration here…
Initial assessment…
There are several other reviews of 1:72 Revell armour subjects in Here Now, like the Panzer IV, Challenger and M 2 A2 Bradley. These are all really impressive little kits in this scale and this ‘new’ package featuring the 21cm Mörser 18, 17 Kanone and sd. Kfz. 9 Famo is no different. In fact the Famo dates back to 2004 and the other items 2007 – they were very good then and are still very good now. This is an extremely welcome re-release by Revell of quality kits in this new package.
Moulding quality is to a high standard with very fine levels of detail across the board. The attached images should speak for themselves and you can decide what you think, especially as armour is probably your area. So I offer a basic insight into this Revell kit that’s widely available and this will be good news to all of you that are interested in armour modelling in this scale.
The package…
Multiple sprues for each part of the package moulded in beige plastic form the basis of the model, a set of instructions, and small decal sheet and acetate strip make up the package.
