What’s on offer here is an impressive kit – first released by Revell only a couple of years ago in 2018, now with changed decals and flat tailplane to represent the 1F Nightfighter version of the Beaufighter.

Here are some still photos of some of the sprues: Interesting silver/grey plastic, recessed panel lines and surface detail, ultra clear canopy, nice cockpit detail and excellent detail in the engines and on the undercarriage units – plus more.

I really like the look of this kit and I built their initial release when it came out – you can find that in the usual place for completed full builds of Revell aircraft kits: Aircraft-Finished Now-Revell. That build has several HD video demos in it.

The decals cover two aircraft. The decals are high quality with good colour saturation and tone.
