On the one hand it’s really disappointing that the release of the new “Top Gun’ film has been delayed until Summer 2021, yet we are lucky indeed because you don’t have to wait that long to see Maverick’s awesome F/A-18E Super Hornet. In fact why not just build your own now!

For a kit that was first released back in 2005, this Revell kit looks pretty impressive.

Here are some still photos of some of the sprues: Recessed panel lines, good stores range (although you may not need many for Maverick’s machine), ultra clear canopy, nice cockpit detail and excellent detail in the wheel wells and on the undercarriage units – plus more.
